Senior IT Contracts Recruiter  – IT, Business Change and Transformation

The Person:
Our client is looking to develop to their team of Consultants specialising in IT Contractors into   Business Change and Transformation professionals into FTSE 250 companies. They are keen to meet wit experienced Senior Recruiters, Business Managers or Team Leaders who have hands on experience of running a desk of IT Contractors.  This offers a new challenge, for professionals looking to make the jump to this high respected recruiter. You should be credible, genuine and honest, displaying the upmost integrity at all times as the company pride themselves on their mature approach to partnering with clients rather than selling to them. Managing a team is an advantage. With the ability to prioritise your workload, you will be expected to manage your own diary and workload to maximise the revenue you generate from your client base, making commercial decisions as to where to focus your energies accordingly.

The Role:
The company offers an opportunity to join a established team, which is growing. This role is take over the running of a highly profitable IT Contracts desk, presently billing c£250 per year. You will be responsible managing 3 large key accounts, re-establishing existing relationships with clients and supporting, managing a team of 3. Working within this sector of specialism with FTSE 250 companies, your role will be to build, develop and grow the contact base across your national network of key recruiters in the marketplace. The team there hold themselves accountable to the highest standards, and it is a competitive, but co-operative work environment.
