- Confident, tenacious and resilient
- A proven track record in a recruitment and sales role
- Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships
- Target driven, money motivated and sales oriented
- A strong academic background, graduate calibre
- Professional, mature and articulate 
- Excellent work ethic
- Proven track record in the recruitment industry

The Role:  
- Actively managing candidates and client accounts
- Developing new recruitment business, and chasing leads
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Sourcing candidates using job boards, head hunting, referrals, social media etc. 
- Interviewing candidates and creating short lists to present to clients
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Taking and presenting feedback
- Pitching the company and negotiating rates
- Working towards sales targets and KPI’s
