Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Business Support 
Basic c. £20-22,000                                                                      
OTE £35,000+

The Person:
A mature, credible and professional individual with a passion for Recruitment and of a Graduate Calibre. This is a very fast paced desk, this candidate must be prepared to work quickly and efficiently and hit the ground running. Must be resilient in nature, hungry, determined and inquisitive. A positive working attitude is vital, and they must be a team player. Direct sales experience is preferable, with a good understanding of the Recruitment process.

The Role:  
This will be a high pressured, fast paced 360 degree role in which you will be managing the Recruitment process to completion. You will be liaising with clients in order to get new business on board, as well as managing the clients you currently have. This will involve taking the job requirements, building up a candidate base, sourcing, using job boards, writing adverts, using Linked In as a head hunting tool, and representing the firm in the most professional way. This role will also involved research and market mapping.
